History
Sa Gruta Nova is an old Mallorcan farmhouse estate with houses more than a hundred years old. Like many estates on the island, it had a shepherds’ house and a stable for the livestock.
In the early sixties, the family turned the old stable into a restaurant. That was the beginning of Sestadors, renovated in the nineties and redecorated by the F. Polar studio. The shepherds’ house is now Ca’s Pastor, the à la carte restaurant.
More than 60 years on, we are still a family business, with the same philosophy: treat every guest the way we like to be treated.
